Thank you for writing this Shani! I still need to get around to reading some of your newer ones that I am really interested in reading, but I think with all going on in teaching right now I need to get to a good standing with it myself. I just have a lot of fear for my future and for the future I have with english and education, of not being good enough, etc. I will get to it and let you know my thoughts! Because I agree with you.
