Physical: I’d always do my homework, if I had forgotten about it I’d just do it quickly before the teacher comes in class so idk
Online: My laziness here unleashed its talent so I got plenty.
- I didn’t understand what we had for homework
- But I sent it lemme check! Oh, I was sure I had sent it!
- It had an error, it wouldn’t let me send it
- We had terrible connection problems yesterday and I couldn’t send it
- But didn’t you tell us that we had nothing for today?
- I thought we didn’t have to send it, just prepare it for the lesson
Now that I think about it some of them are applicable to school in person too 
(and I wasn’t even lying)
