Thanks
Firstly, I want to credit @ScarletSwanHunter for the OG idea (Fantasy Lands) back in the RP community on EF. Although I have rewritten the quests and overall plan to be my own, I still thank you for the old RP and everything.
Fabled Realms
The stories we know and love have ended, and now the children of those fairytale heroes and villains have a new story to tell. Each land, of that there are five, are not connected with each other that we know of. The children of those fairytale characters are making their own stories whether socialising or questing, that is up to you. The worlds are:
Grimm
A realm woven from the dark and enchanting tales of the Brothers Grimm, where enchanted forests, cursed kingdoms, and ancient magic are a common place. Governed by a delicate balance between light and shadow, with powerful witches, cunning tricksters, and noble royals. While some seek happily-ever-afters, others battle curses, hidden dangers, and the high cost of broken promises.
Narnia
A world created by C.S. Lewis is filled with talking animals, noble centaurs, and ancient prophecies. Narnia is a place of high adventure and profound faith, where the Great Lion Aslan influences battles against the dark ambitions of witches and tyrants. Time flows strangely here, and even the smallest acts of courage can alter the fate of entire kingdoms.
Neverland
The island of eternal childhood, crafted by J M Barrie, where mermaids, pirates, and fairies share a world of endless adventure. Created by whims and magic, Neverland is both wondrous and dangerous, where Peter Pan and Captain Hook were once locked in an unending battle. The lines between reality and dreams blur here, and to stay too long is to risk forgetting the way home.
Oz
A land brought to life by L Frank Baum, full of vivid colors, bizarre creatures, and powerful witches ruling over its quadrants. Oz is a place where good and evil are not always clear-cut, and courage, heart, and brains are the true magic. Despite the Emerald City’s glittering façade and secrets, there hidden agendas laying beneath the yellow brick roads.
Wonderland
A world born from Lewis Carroll’s imagination, where nonsense reigns supreme and logic twists upon itself. Wonderland’s inhabitants range from the whimsical to the terrifying, everyone embodying its madness. Here, time flows unpredictably, and the boundary between reality and absurdity is nearly nonexistent.
Quests and RPing
I’m more than happy for you to just want to RP your characters socialising and going about the days as normal, as it’s going to be fairly open-world. But I have planned out quests and stories for EVERY land, which can be triggered by both searching for them and by accident. They can also be linked to certain characters (yours or NPCs), depending on if you sign-up for that.
So be aware, all characters can find trouble, even without looking for it, and there is potential for death to come too… to everyone, however uncommon it will be (hopefully).
So that being said, I will be keeping track of all the character’s posts - where they are and what they do - so there is potential for interruptions. As well as regular time progression through small skips, though I will be fair about it.
I will ALSO be playing all the NPCs, like the fairytale parents & characters.
Just so you know, if going down the quest route, there is an ending to the quests. However, if you’re successful in solving them all well, then the RP can still continue socially afterwards too. We’ll see.

Characters:
Please read these points here first…
- Reserve parents before completing sign-ups.
- If a parent is reserved or claimed, check with the user(s) first before reserving. Yes, my babies are open to having siblings but they will have to work with the backstories I have written for them. Just talk with me. (wink)
- Stick with the written form of the stories, no film/Disney/pop culture adaptations.
- No character limits - just keep them even. Try to stick to two for each realm until you even them all out. You don’t have to create that many though.
- Try to limit your reserves at first, just so others have a chance to claim some good ones too.
- No limit on ages either, just try to mix it up too. If you have a couple in their teen and 20s, then make the next older.
- Any gender is cool, but do try to keep it even amongst your characters.
- READ ALL the information in the sign-up form, it IS important.
