Nah, it’s mexican but it’s more a “recent” mexican creation
and mexico does have burritos, like you can probably find them in mexico

So, what I’m seeing is that Vietnamese culture has some Chinese undertones, such as elder\ancestor worship and manual labor religious belief…which confuses me.
