Close … I’d say he’d have a certain bed time every night when he gets into the room and due to magic doors can’t get out until morning, so he can go wherever he wants to becuase he’s not a threat when he’s awake, but the time when he has to stay in his room is like half of his day for instance since 6pm-7:30am he’s not allowed to leave his room

Okay, so that solves the problem of stopping future murders… BUT both Ethereal and I asked for you to create some kind of punishment or something for his past ones. This is still saying, “Oh yeah, we know you murderer. That’s okay, be free and we’ll just lock you up at night.”
