Honestly, Dieter wasn’t phased when the kid said their parent was a swan. How could he be, when his dad was the literal embodiment of death? “That’s pretty cool. Swans are majestic and deadly. I’m pretty sure people have been killed by them.” He said, becoming slightly more talkative now that they were on a topic he knew quite a bit about. This was probably why he didn’t have any friends.
