“You wouldn’t dare.” Spidy glared at her. A chill went down her spine. She was going to die, definitely going to die. Dear God, if I’m going to get killed today, please send me to heaven with loads of hot people. Thank you — she prayed in her mind. She was half-joking and half-serious. Though, Ahnvi would be pleased if her wish came true. “I was- I was just kidding, geez!” she looked away from Spidy, trying to hide her fear. Should I run…? — she gulped, trying to imagine the possibilities of what would happen if she did. hi marta
“Thanks,” Spidy blushed even redder. Ahnvi let out a sigh and faced her, “No problem!” Alright, it was a false alarm. She’s going to live. There’s no need to panic or run or make a scene. Would she follow me if I ran? Or would anyone would try saving me if she did try to kill her. Would Spidy get in trouble for murder? — pondering on these thoughts, she took a bite of her protein bar. Mm, the food in the castleteria was really something else. She had never eaten such delicious food at school. Not until now.
Ahnvi had named her acquaintance Spidy. It was a cute nickname she had given, but she didn’t know her real name. “What are you called? Uh, I meant, what’s your name?” she asked, then took a sip of her chocolate milkshake. She was sure it was something very cool that would make her dislike hers. Ahnvi wasn’t a rare name in India. She had met two or three people with that name. But, well, it wasn’t a bad name with terrible meaning. Brushing these thoughts off, she took another bite of her protein bar and sipped her milkshake, waiting for Spidy to answer.
