“The country that is now called Nigeria,” Spidy answered. “What was it called before?” she asked and took the last bite of her protein bar. It was delicious. She started sipping her milkshake when Rose began speaking. She was talking about her childhood memories, but Spidy wasn’t interested in talking about that topic. Soon, they started being mean to each other. It was awkward for Ahnvi since there was nothing she could say to them. “So, any crushes?” Rose asked. “Oh, I wouldn’t call them crushes, but-” before she could finish answering, Rose interrupted. Her crush was called Alec. What a typical bad-boy name. Ahnvi bet he was fxckboy who was flirting or possibly hooking up (cough) with someone else, but she decided to keep quiet. “Can’t you stop talking about him for like a day?” Spidy snapped. Ahnvi raised her eyebrows and looked away, clearly enjoying their little feud. It was clear that Spidy didn’t like talking about him.
