Favorite Quest from an RP or SG

A quest can be considered as an adventure with an end goal, or even as a mission. A quest can be a search for something or someone, or a journey to complete an action. However you want to phrase it, there are many forms of quests a character can take on in an RP or SG.

So, what quest would you consider to be your favorite in an RP or SG?
