There are a lot of great illustrators and a lot of great book illustrations! I really like Ernest Howard Shepard and his Winnie the Pooh illustrations, I like how simple they are!
Also The little prince illustration by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry!

The Hobbits is a definite win, and it’s an irreplacable favourite. The main thing is because how detail the artwork is. It looks, surreal despites being B&W.
The Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark trilogy. Want to see some?
I remember reading “The Dot” as a kid and even tho they’re simplistic I still remember the illustrations in that book
I don’t think I have any favourite book illustrations, but maybe the @Artists do?
Coraline has some pretty good illustrations
When I was little, we used to read a book called Leonardo’s dream where this little pinguin sees a albatross fly over his head and wants to fly as well, and the illustration were amazing.
Bad quality bit still
Woww that looks beautiful
Goldilocks and the three bears, that book had some really nice illustrations as I read along with it watching the amazing art in it.
There was an art for every scene.
@Bookworms do you have any favorite book illustrations?
