So Fortnite is an all console, cross-platform, third-person shooter game, and Overwatch is an all console, first-person figher, but not cross-plat game. Both their main goals in general are to kill the other team and achieve different kinds of objectives. Similar k/d system, different in ranking and XP, but similar on most parts. I really like both games and they’re similar yes, but more so different. The mechanics are extremely different and sensitivity wise, it’s weird.
I don’t think I can say which one is better than the other because both have a special place in my heart. Not only that but, they’re not similar enough.
