I prefer veggies. I like them cooked along with my meals. I think they taste so much better with other foods! While fruits, they can go with other foods but not a lot. Also, a lot of fruits can be sour to me, which I don’t like sour
They do which is why I prefer veggies imo. Veggies are savory and subtle and that’s what makes it go so well with so many meals.
But fruits like strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc. are so sour to me
I do like some fruits like cantaloupe or watermelons that are more subtle
