Okay, so I have never changed the rules to win but my friend @Amet.the.Hunter13 and I have changed the rules so we could play with two people. We bought some games realizing we needed more than two people to play so we got creative skipped a few rules with the Pictopia games.

I’d get aggravated at Monopoly when someone had to take my money, or purchased a street I wanted/needed to complete a set and I’d try to negotiate with them

I often tried to change the rules so I could win but I’m not really good at coming up with new rules and sometimes I still lost, even though I made up new rules 
So, I just stopped and accepted that I can’t win some games
