Have you ever tried to recreate something you've had at a restaurant?

The answer is YES, all the time, but it rarely ever tastes the same.

Have you?

this chocolate nemesis

is actually the recipe from a restaurant. It was amazing and tadted so good that we asked the waitress if we could get the recipe. Thencook came out and I think this was the first time she was ever asked this because she was so excited and kind about it, that she gave us the name and where she got the recipe from.

So when I posted this, I tagged them, and they pm’d me that if we ever found something good, we could pay them back by sharing that one, so we gave them the family recipe of my grandma’s apple pie which is amazing.

Recipe is from the River Cafe London, chocolate nemesis, you’ll find one then. Its a bit tricky but really good. Its more chocolate mouse than pie.
White is btw creamfresh (they had creamfresh and wipped cream)

But but but… I would rather enjoy it, not make it. It wouldn’t be the same if I made it.

Nope. It’d either be overcooked or undercooked.
