Sometimes the book feels dry after seeing the movie first, but other times it feels that the movie is missing a lot of great moments from the book. So I really don’t know which I prefer.
I feel like this has happened a few times, but I only remember one in particular.
The Hunger Games. I saw the first two movies, then read the books just after I saw Catching Fire.

But the book was much better than the movie.
