Let’s talk about food diaries!

Have you ever kept a food diary or do you plan to keep a food diary?

I think keeping a food diary is very useful because it would help you remember what you have eaten and drank. Also, it’s very helpful for those who have an eating disorder or trouble with weight loss. I own a food diary and it looks like this:

I have the one with all the food on it because the packaging is so cute :heart_eyes:

What’s also cool about this food diary is that you can also make random notes

I recommend buying a food diary from a website called https://www.aabecreative.co.uk where they sell different kind of diaries. They are very therapeutic!

P.S. I had to get images from their website because my food diary is a bit too personal due to the fact that I have an ED so it would have been better for me to show you an example of what the food diary I own looks like as this is perfect for keeping track on what I have eat in a day and so on.

Ooh! This is a good idea. I don’t know if I’d do it cuz I don’t have a problem with food but it’s a thing to consider if I ever decide I ACTUALLY want to be super healthy lol.

I’ve never tried to use one, but my daily diets consist of the same things typically and I drink the same amount of water daily (unless I leave my water bottle at home). :grin::potable_water::rainbow::sunny:

I actually use an app that lets me track my macros and calories!

That’s good. I uusally update my diary saying stuff like “for breakfast, I had vanilla chia pudding, lunch I had shrimp fajita etc.”
