Recently, I ordered this really good book by a fitness instructor named Graeme Tomlinson and it talks about how to stay healthy in a healthy way meaning you can eat the things you like and get the body you want.

Ooh this looks good. I’ve kinda been interested in losing some weight (I mean don’t we all). But probably won’t order it cuz I’m a minor and have parents and they probably won’t get it for me cuz in their eyes I don’t need to lose weight lol.

ehh, my mom gives me books with multiple swear words. One was kinda on the verge of porn and I was just like… mkay.

Haha that’s alright then. But yeah, this book is very good! It talks about stuff like you don’t have to be on super strict boring diets to lose weight.

Well they don’t have this “eat this not that” mentality as we know that can be pretty guilt trippy. They debunk certain myths such as:
- Carbs/sugar will make you fat
- Low carb is best for fat loss
- Eating clean is the way to weight loss
Mainly, it talks about how to portion your meals and being on a caloric surplus causes weight gain.
