This year I’m dedicated to becoming healthier and dropping a few clothes sizes so I made this thread for anyone who have any physical or mental health goals this year !! You can share your goals here and we can support each other and make reccomendations and also discuss techniques, goals and other things. I’ll be posting a LOT of stuff here with my own goals and stuff as well as workouts, meditations, etc. etc. I suggest putting this thread on watching so you can stay updated !!
