She says Trump has a history of claiming the systems he’s up against is rigged, and that’s only when he loses.

What can I say, she was right. 
Honestly, he did prove this, especially when he claimed voter fraud, caused an insurrection and in general gave many claims that it was rigged. Despite the fact he was the one who defunded the American mail service so that postal votes would be affected.
