I realize itās late, but hereās some ways:
Iced tea
Add something to it, like lime or lemon
Normal tea but donāt add milk
Add mint to water
Just carry around a water bottle with you and drink from it when youāre thirsty or every now and then rather than something else (make water convenient)
I sort of struggle in the same way. Its not that I dislike it, I just forget to drink water
iām starting to tbh
I use water flavoring packets
You should deprive yourself of water for a long period of time and then when youāre nearing death from dehydration, take a swig of that iced, cold water bottle. I guarantee you that you will gain a new appreciation
Lmao ok actually just add flavouring or fruitsāget one of those water bottles that you can put fruits in the bottom and the juiceāll come out. Not a huge fan of water either, and thatās what I used to do.
