How do I resize a gif I want to use as my pfp?

So as some of you might have noticed, I decided to animate my duckling’s magic wand, but the forum keeps cropping it in a weird way so that it has a black line on the right side :pleading_face::broken_heart::eyes::sparkles:
Can anyone help me with finding out how to move the gif a bit to the right? :eyes::green_heart:
