How do I write a story on chapters app? I'm so confused lol please help

I want to write on chapters but i don’t see an option for making your own story on the app or online. Is this even an option available to everyone?

You need to use the app and you can only make tap stories.
Go into the app, then click on the middle icon at the bottom which is “community”. Then click on the purple icon on the bottom right with a pen on it.
