Whether it’s running, lifting, or doing Chloe Ting workouts, how often do you exercise? I personally exercise everyday with random days off every so often. Durning quarantine since I can’t go to the gym, I have been running a bit and doing Chloe Ting’s workout programs. Let’s start off how I start all of my discussions and have a poll!
This first one is private if you are ashamed of how often you workout, tho you shouldn’t be ashamed!
I used to exercise 0 or one time a week for a long time. Then the last couple of years I’ve been exercising 2-3 times a week. During quarantine 0 times a week but a few exercises and walks… and I mean few, 10 sit-ups or so lol
I did taekwon-do and rock climbing before corona, both with friends and I enjoyed it quite a lot.
Same. I’ve just been too caught up with school and other stuff, so when I can finally take a break, I end up going on here or do coding instead of exercise
I feel like I’ve been using this Coronavirus slump to work out - hence having a goal to work out everyday. Studies show that if you do something for 6 weeks it’ll become a habit so I’m trying my best
