There are many ways to make a friendship bracelet, such as using a chord to put beads on, or a braided bracelet. Honestly, any bracelet can be a friendship bracelet, it just has to be given by someone who you consider a friend.

I always wanted to make those cool friendship bracelets when I was a kid and learned how to do them but I didn’t have friends to give them to.
Now I have friends but forgot how to make those bracelets 
So, my “how-to” is: Go to a store and buy them

When I was a kid, I used to buy/was gifted jewellery-making stuff. Like colourful strings, beads, stickers and such. And I used to make necklaces, earring and bracelets and gave them to my friends. Do those count as friendship bracelets?
