You need to be careful on how long you put it in there. Or Toast the bread first then make the sandwich.

This thread just makes me think of a group activity in science class at the very beginning of freshman year where we had to write instructions on how to make a sandwich with the supplies we were given. (A small piece of bread, a plastic knife, and some jelly) Then our instructions moved to the next group over so everyone could follow each other’s procedures. Ours were perfect, except for the amount of jelly. I told one of my group members that it needed to be more than the amount he said, but I could not get him to budge on it. I may still be bitter about that

It wasn’t a graded thing. It was just something to get us used to how to write procedures since it was in like the first week of high school. Out of the 5? I think of us in that group, the others stayed out of it and I couldn’t convince him that it needed to be more than a teaspoon worth. All the other groups procedures had some big issues if you followed them exactly as they were written, but ours was perfect other than the amount of jelly.
Ive been irritated by it since because it would have been perfect

Lol gotcha, sometimes you have to accept the situation for what it is. You’re always going to go over the how you could of done it better but the main thing is that you still.had fun with the activity.

Yeah. It just bothers me because I knew it wasn’t right even then. Eh if that’s one of the things that bothers me most about high school, I must not have done too bad.
