If a game files is running and how to stop it

I did found out how stop a running files.

Windows 8

1. Press Windows Key + R.
2. In the resulting box, type msconfig and press Enter.
3. In the System Configuration window that comes up, select Selective startup.
4. Uncheck the box for Load startup items.
5. Click Apply.
6. Click Okay.
7. Click Restart

Windows 10

1. Right-click on your taskbar.
2. Click on Task Manager .
3. Click on the Startup tab.
4. For each application enabled on startup select them and click on Disable .
5. Restart your computer.
