I don’t know if this is even a question in my opinion lolol. I think it’s better for sure. I don’t even really know any anime that’s produced by anyone besides Japan??

I agree.
In terms of animation, absolutely. Story-wise, I’ve seen quality cartoons from all over the world.
isn’t anime creates in japan so of course it would be better than any other anime-
I think there are also a handful of anime shows that were animated on South Korea, take Avatar: The Last Airbender as an example. They originally wanted Avatar to be animated on Japan but none of the studios there accepted it. But nothing beats Japan when it comes to the anime industry.
