I have seen so many ads for the version of wattpad you pay for. Does anybody have it? From what I can see you get to change the theme of it but I don’t know what else. Is it worth it?

I think you can read stories offline with premium wattpad but I don’t really think it’s worth it. I don’t mind the ads either 
@WattpadWizards, do you think premium Wattpad is worth it?
I don’t really care that much about the features, so I probably wouldn’t get it.

I have Premium. I like it personally because it gets rid of ads. Ads annoy me so much. I’m the kinda person who would rewatch part of a TV show so that I can fast forward through the ads when they come up >.< I hate intrusive ads that make you stop enjoying the thing you like. I don’t mind ads you have to scroll past

I don’t have the means pay for premium, but the ads don’t bother me too much. I mostly read stories on my laptop, so the ads aren’t too annoying.

Yeah, if you’re reading on the website, it’s bareable because you can just scroll past (or use ad-block).
If you’re reading on the app, however, it’s atrocious. You get a video ad at the end of almost every chapter, and you have to watch at least 5 seconds of it before you can skip, assuming that they aren’t completely unskippable. Premium is very clearly designed to target people who use the app - which happens to be the majority of readers on the platform.
Imo, it’s way too expensive for what you get. Wattpad premium costs more/the same amount as some video streaming services in my country
Also the fact they paywalled unlimited offline reading behind it when it used to be a free feature is massively consumer-unfriendly, and I refuse to support that practice >.>

Premium is not really worth it. If you want to be able to read online but still avoid ads, pull down the table of contents and skip the next chapter and move to the one ahead, then scroll back to the chapter you are meant to read or you know, tolerate the ads.
Premium is almost as expensive disney plus which isn’t that much but still seems a tad bit expensive, just to avoid some ads, gets some themes and a few coins.
