Well, I’ve never seen therapy in anime, but Japan is one of the best in mental health. I had trouble finding anything.

like therapists, knowledge?
because i’m pretty sure Japan has an incredibly high suicide rate.

Well in terms of anime, in mha (my hero academia) we’re told about something called quirk counselling which is well, power therapy if that makes sense. So yeah technically therapy is a thing in mha. It’s just not shown.
