Japanese Urban Legends ~

If you’re bored, I have some Japanese Urban legends for you lol.

Kuchisake-Onna :lips:

Kuchisake-Onna was a woman who had a husband. Her husband accused her of having an affair with someone, so he slit her mouth from ears to lips.
She wears a mask and will walk up to you and ask, “Hey, Am I pretty?”. If you say no, she will kill you, if you say yes, she will remove her mask to show the big scar and ask “Am I pretty now?”. If you say no, she will follow you home and kill you, if you say yes, she will slit your mouth so you can become like her.

How To save yourself?

When she comes up to you and asks you if she’s pretty, say “You are average” or “You look okay”.

Hanako-San of the Toilet :toilet:

In a japanese school, you go to the third stall in the third floor bathroom, and knock three times and say “Hanako San, Hanako San, Hanako San, are you there?”. If she is there, she will respond with “I am here”, open the stall door, and drag you to the toilet where you shall meet your death.
Some people say that Hanako San was bullied and she died while hiding in the bathrooms due to WW2 bombs, or that she was playing hide and seek and when she hid in the restroom, WW2 bombs killed her.

How to save yourself?

Just don’t summon her lol.

Aka Manto :roll_of_toilet_paper: :red_circle: :large_blue_circle:

When you are using the restroom, a man with a red cape and a mask will ask you, “Do you want red toilet paper or blue toilet paper?”
If you choose red, he will slice you up until you are just a pile of red blood, if you picked blue, he will choke you with the toilet paper until your skin becomes blue. If you pick another color, he will drag you to hell.

How to save yourself?

When he offers you toilet paper, say “I don’t want toilet paper” or “I’ll wipe using my hands”.

.
Here is a less scary one lmao:

There are these creatures who love to live in and lick dirty places, so if you don’t clean up your room/bathroom/kitchen/ect, they will be all over your place. Some moms use this myth to get kids to clean their room.

Ohhh! Tomimo’s hell. It’s a poem, and if you read the whole thing out loud, you’ll die. That’s my favorite legend.
