I tripped and fell last night, and now my legs hurt. They weren’t even bleeding, so I’m not sure what I did.

Ice it and try not to walk on it, but if swells or the pain doesn’t go away after a few days, go to a doctor

Both legs hurt, though.
It’s possible that it’s just the way you landed. Either way, if they still hurt a few days later, you should see someone about it.

i mean…it could be a sore muscle. maybe the bruises never appeared because it didn’t break a vessel? idk

Creepily enough, I came back to this, and now there’s a phantom pain where I scraped my knee.
Honestly, sometimes my legs just hurt. I have Hypertonia, so my legs will just randomly hurt.
