Dehydration happens when more fluids leave your body than are entering. It’s most common in the summer but can happen at any time during the year.

Symptoms

  • Headaches
  • Lethargy
  • Constipation
  • Feeling light-headed or dizzy

To combat dehydration, make sure to drink lots of water!
