Fan service in anime and manga has totally made me really dislike shows that I might have otherwise wanted to watch. It’s especially annoying when it’s characters who are underage-- It’s just ridiculous.
What do you think about fan service in anime/manga? (please keep your responses in line with the forum guidelines and keep it pg-13)

I agree with the underage thing, or non-consensual stuff as well. It’s soooo just. Off-putting and nasty.
However. People do take it too far. There’s nothing wrong with fanservice as a concept. There’s nothing wrong with a character having sexuality or being sexualised. So long as it’s portrayed as consensual and fun.
The kinky stuff can come into play with series specifically geared for that 
closed due to inactivity
