So music therapy actually seems like a pretty rad thing. It’s when the therapist and the patient use live music and instruments to stimulate positive responses. Though that’s what I understood from reading this.

that’s pretty cool, i used to play trumpet before and i was in a “band”, it greatly improved my mental health in ways that i couldn’t imagine. The sound of everyone hitting perfect notes at the same time and everyone being in sync gives your mind the perfect rush. I believe it increases your cognitive skills greatly.
Never heard of this kind of therapy before, but based on my past experiences, I think it’s fair for me to say that it probably works really well
Music IS my therapy.
Lol jk, but I listen to it all the time, it does help you feel more stimulated and relatable.
