Mafia Game 1

Thank you all for joining. For our first game’s theme we have…

Camping Trip on Wawanakwa Island.

13 campers will be going camping at Wawanakwa Island. It seemed to be a nice idea at first, but when people go missing every night, it became a not-so-wonderful idea to go out camping with 12 random strangers.

Due to time zones and so that everyone will have time to make posts, the day/night phase length will be 48h in-game day phase and 24h in-game night phase. Please keep in mind that talking is NOT allowed during the night phase.

The game will start at 2021-01-02T15:30:00Z. Please don’t start posting till then.

Role Info

Campers

GOAL: Find and vote off the mafia team.
NIGHT ACTIONS: None.

Healer

GOAL: Find and vote off the mafia team.
NIGHT ACTIONS: Visiting someone to heal them. (Won’t know who needs healing)

Detective

GOAL: Find and vote off the mafia team.
NIGHT ACTIONS: Inspect someone’s role to check if they’re mafia sided or non-mafia sided.

Mafia

GOAL: Kill off the other campers.
NIGHT ACTIONS: May choose someone to kill each night.

Sabotager

GOAL: Help the mafia team win by sabotaging.
NIGHT ACTIONS: Can change someone with a special role’s choice to a random person. No effects will be made if they pick a camper.

You must have at least 5 posts per game day and at least 1 of the posts must include your thoughts on the others (2 people minimum) in the game.

Failing to do so will result in a warn.

No talking in the Game Thread during night phase

You may not talk while it is night time in the game. You can read through other’s posts if you want to and think of who to vote for next.

Failing to do so will result in a warn.

No cheating/talking about the game outside of the game thread

That includes no screenshotting of your roles and no dming others talking about the game.

Failing to do so will result in a kick out of the current game.

DAY 1

The day has started, and all of our campers have safely arrived at Wawanakwa Island.
Everyone is alive and breathing… for now.

Things such as soap, knives, food, lighters and such have been mysteriously disappearing and the campers have to work together to find out who’s behind this. I know, first day of camping and this happens? Sucks. Once everyone put their votes on someone, one person may be packing their bags and leaving the camp in the hurl of shame.

I’ll start I guess?

Seems we have two days to vote :eyes: that’s good.

Okay if you’re dectective or healer please don’t RR* just yet. You will be killed immediately. For now since no one’s talked it’s hard to sus anyone just yet. Our best plan is probably to wait a day and see how everyone behaves and what they do. Unless someone has a better plan, I’m all ears.

Everyone should take notes on people’s behaviors though. Trust no one. Detective, if we don’t vote out anyone today (game day), we’ll say someone we sus the most and you should look into them. We’ll decide if we want you to reveal yourself and tell us the next day or just keep the notes to yourself.

Wouldn’t want you to die now would we?
