If you’ve taken the MBTI or 16 Personalities test, you might notice that some aspects of your personality type are accurate, while others… not so much.
Below, I have posted some MBTI stereotype story cards, as seen on Instagram, for each personality.
Find yours and share what is accurate for you and what definitely isn’t!
I’m a lazy, big procrastinator, staying at home (and coming to the forums), forgetful, play at least one instrument, animals lover, doesn’t like rules, not into politics, is constantly bored, stubborn human being and I don’t care much about religion.
Most of this fits me, but
• I’m not musical
• I’m usually okay with money
• my writing is bad
• the mom friend one depends on the group I’m in
• I have no idea what a martyr complex or a special snowflake is, so idk about these ones
• I only have like one braincell, so the IQ one is a lie although all online tests always say that my IQ is above average
• I had a short “misunderstood” phase, but that’s over
• I know how to say no to people, people just don’t know how to accept a no
• I’m not a romantic at all
• idk if you could call my state depressive or an existential crisis, it’s more of just feeling sad and empty
• I’m not really spiritual, although I do dream about the future sometimes
• I can sometimes be manipulative, but I usually don’t notice it and stop doing it once I notice it
I’m not really sure what I am. Before I was a defender (ISFJ) but now, whenever I take that test it turns out I’m an advocate (INFJ)
There are a lot of things that do apply to me but also some that are completely wrong
Not true: loves baking, good at small talk, good at cooking, cat person, wants to be a stay at home parent, unimaginative, not deep or complex
Very true: never stands up for themself, very loyal, clingy, shy, cares too much about other people’s opinions, hates conflict, overemotional, very self conscious, very organized, nostalgic, feminine, has great manners, very forgiving, generous, rule follower, responsible
Not true: Seems extroverted, good communicator, ready to cut toxic people out, good with kids, bad with money, cat person
Very true: passive aggressive, empath, peacemaker, artistic, deep and complex, manipulative, puts other people first, avoids conflict, needs a lot of alone time, very sensitive, doesn’t know how to say no to people, secretly a hopeless romantic, likes tea a lot, often in a depressive state, perfectionist
Some of these are applicable, while some of them are only accurate to a smaller extent. Here are some that don’t apply to me at:
• I’m not a computer expert. I know some stuff, but my skills are still mediocre.
• I don’t really consider myself as chill because of my anxiety issues. I also get upset easily.
• I shower everyday, although sometimes I’m too lazy to do this (but I still end up showering anyway because it’s hot here in our place)
• I have a pretty decent fashion sense. (I didn’t care about it at first but then I got into Kpop. I got influenced by their fashion sense)
• I hardly use Reddit. I’m more of a Quora person.
