Now the charge was manslaughter. Involuntary manslaughter. This occurs when a person is killed by accident, but the person is killed.
Michael was a drug addict, remember, he went to rehab for painkiller addiction. After this, his life went downhill. After the History tour, he mostly relied on drugs and the media heavily tainted his name, with the child molestation charges and whatnot. He was stressed, his home had been invaded, and his career was put to a halt.

I watched a documentary, he was definitely on the phone when he died, he called someone before he died. I don’t think he was killed tho.
