Billie has a nice voice, but it’s nothing too special in my opinion. I’ve been told I have a simmilar voice with Billie, and when I try to sing her songs, it sounds almost identical. However, the way she chooses to use her voice and what music to accompany it with has created a huge fandom. I don’t really listen to her songs. I have listened to some of them, but I was never in love with her music, to keep listening to her songs on a daily basis.

First of all, My favourite artist is Billie Eilish because I love listening to her music and watching her interviews. Whenever I feel sad, happy, or angry, each of her songs have a different way it makes you feel. She has a funny, carefree, and encouraging personality. She does not cover up the truth and she always cares about her fans and the people that support her. She acts mature. She is an inspiration to young teens because she talks about mental issues/ health, problems going around the world, animal abuse and global warming. Young people love her because she brought a different perspective of music to the world. Her visuals, the strange things she does for her music videos and her style of singing. She wears baggy clothes to cover up her body and avoids people judging her. She also wanted to be memorable and make people not forget her style. She is creative and optimistic in whatever she does. She expresses her feelings through music and lets everyone get the message she is trying to share.
Additionally, with all the struggles she has had, she does not let that affect what she is doing. She has something called “Tourette Syndrome”, which basically means involuntary movements. As she has grown, she has learned how to hide them in front of cameras and interviews. She has also struggled with depression and anxiety which has led her to leave Twitter and take a break form social media because of the hate caused there. Billie also changed her diet to vegan when she was 12 to reduce her impact on the environment and be kinder to animals. She has shared different stories on animal cruelty, and she encourages her fans to eat less meat.
Billie has been writing songs she was 4 years old and attended a choir at 8, where she learned how to use her voice properly and not ruin her voice. She used to be a dancer and wanted to become a professional dancer until she dislocated her hip badly and she could not continue with dancing anymore. People find her different because of the way she treats her fans like family and makes them feel happy about themselves. People usually describe her music as quiet and whispery because most of them are shady and cold. She writes most of her songs with her brother Finneas in their little childhood bedroom.
She has a clothing line that is available for everyone at any age and it matches the way she dressed too. She is honest about the way she feels if you watch her interviews a lot. She does not care about people who insult her or show her hate. She does not try to be better than anyone but herself. She talks a lot about how drugs and smoking are bad for people’s health and if you do any of those, you are slowly killing yourself. She has lost some of her friends from doing drugs. She has a song called “Xanny” dedicated to how bad drugs are. She made it after going for a party, where everyone was intoxicated and throwing up after drinking meanwhile, she only drank water.
She plays the piano and the ukulele. At the beginning of this year, she won 5 Grammy’s, 4 shared with her brother and they went home with 10. I was excited for the event that day and I was happy that she got the awards she deserved.

One thing I found really funny is that she said that one of the ‘strange noises’ in ‘bury a friend’ is the sound of the orthodontist removing your braces with that thing and I was like ‘thats why it sounded so familiar’

It is so fun how creative Finneas and her are and it’s so amazing. I find it hard to write songs I don’t know why but I’ve been trying and the songs I’ve written don’t even make sense
I know how to structure them and I know how to rhyme but I don’t know how to form sentences if that makes sense
The irony is that I’m a good writer and can write essays and articles but can’t even write one good song
