Jordan knew he had a bad relationship with his dad but this… this was different. There was something in the way Jez’ mother talked to her that reminded Jordan of his dad but at the same time… didn’t. It was… strange.

Both dealt with a parent that didn’t want them… neglectful, and abusive… Jordan’s dad was more physically abusive and Jez’s mom was just emotionally abusive…
