In retrospect - caffeine is a appetite supressor and my water that I’m drinking has college supplements which is also an appetite supressor

well it doesnt matter when, but basically what happens is instead of something using something to burn energy (i think ur liver), it uses the stuff from ur fat

If that’s all of your credentials then, respectfully I think I know more about the subject

Yeah it’s different, but only slightly. I understand the way people from other Spanish speaking countries just fine. Our differences are small

Hey it’s okay to do intermittent fasting but make sure you’re getting all the nutrients you need in a day. You don’t want to lose a lot of weight really fast because that’s not sustainable. Studies show that you shouldn’t lose more than 2 pounds a week - if you do, there is a really high percentage that in a year, you’ll gain it all back

I never said I was an expert, I know I’m not the best source.

I’d say it depends on the area and how much local slang there is. Formality can make a huge difference.
Even in English depending on the area and amount of slang it can be hard to even understand someone else sometimes. Like, you can understand but there’s still that thought of “how are we speaking the same language?”

It’s okay to eat protein, and real foods instead of just liquids

Actually, eating carbs every once in a while (while mostly cutting it out) is a good thing for your body. When you completely cut it out, your body starts preserving fats because it thinks you’re not getting any and wants to protect you. When you still eat it (in small portions) your body doesn’t keep it in reserve as much
