Sophie with anyone is a vanilla overdose.
In order to not be a vanilla overdose with her sheā€™d have to be with someone who is so much of a dominant person that wants to do non vanilla stuff and can convince (kinda borderline manipulate or force her) her to try anything.
Literally she is 100% vanilla.
