Yep, I would have preferred she actually worked on the names better. I mean it sounds so choppy even if you read it out loud. I forgot it was two different countries though. That does make the name worse.

Ranrok is the evil goblin guy in Legacy who kills other goblins who don’t side with him. From what I’ve seen on coverage, the goblins that don’t side with him choose not to because they’re mostly fine with the way things are. I haven’t heard of a goblin character who’s like “I believe in what he says but he’s evil anyway”. If anyone’s played enough to prove me wrong, please do

You’re welcome! So the name itself is pretty racist within its origins. To add some historical context, China and (South) Korea have a pretty tense relationship because of the Korean War.

I just feel like the Death of the Author only works when the author is actually dead and not using their clout as a way to hurt other people.
I hope she lives a long life full of happiness and devoid of transphobia. However, until she realises the errors of her ways, gives up her rights to the Harry Potter franchise or dies, I’m not going to give another penny to the franchise. I’ll support small creators of Harry Potter stuff and Indie games of wizard schools. I’ll knit my own damn Hogwarts scarf instead of buying an extortionately expensive one. Etc etc

Apparently the story is just kinda weird and comes off as a bad/typical wattpad story in most places
I won’t be buying the game anyway and wasn’t ever planning to really but at least the glitch videos are something to watch
