Oscar Xian
βZombie? Mate, do I look like Iβm actually dead to you? I mean, I know Iβm slightly pale, but now youβre just getting offensive.β Even as he spoke Oscar was looking down at himself wondering what the heck would make someone actually believe a dead person was talking to him. βI was joking, okay? Iβm not going to do anything to you, calm down!β He held up his hands, only keeping his case in one hand because he never really let go of it unless he knew it was safe, which for all he knew this kid was making an ass of himself as a distraction to steal it from him.
βLook, if I offend you that much, then go. Iβm not dead, you donβt have to bury me, though I appreciate the gesture I swear Iβm fine. Ever seen a guy take a nap? Geezβ¦β
Maybe he should have just gone to his room. The outdoors was nice, but if he was just going to be buried alive for snatching some shut eye then it really wasnβt worth the risk.
Belladonna Sinclair
Adonna turned when she heard a very feminine voice speak out behind her, not sure if someone was talking to her orβ¦
Her eyes went wide. Princess Estella?! But that was impossible, Adam had promised that nobody here would know her, that she wouldnβt be found andβ¦
She doesnβt recognise meβ¦ The thought helped her relax just a slight bit, and Adonna quickly collected herself enough to bow her head in a half curtsey, unable to do a proper one thanks to the limitations of her armour and the steps. βNo, your highness, I am just a Squire. My companion and I were accosted on our journey here, and I changed into my armour to better protect ourselves for the remainder of our journey. I trust your own journey was a safer one to ours?β She smiled that same practiced smile, and talked like the prim and proper lady she had been taught to be, but in her head all she could think was that if at any point the Princess thought to tell the King or any of her brothers that a Sinclair lady was attending this academy to become a knightβ¦ Iβd be done forβ¦
Adam Riposte
βDepends on the wh*re.β Adam said, with a casual shrug that followed his signature smirk. Again she stepped closer and again Adam was met with that same trivial curiosity at how fortunate he was to have stumbled across such an βinnocentβ little lady, as he licked his lower lip and gave a throaty laugh to her words. βNeither was mine, but then again, my mother wasnβt much better.β He sighed, casually letting his hand fall to her waist and pretending to admire the fine fabrics of her skirt. βThough there is a rather interesting saying, βthe apple doesnβt fall far from the treeβ, and from what Iβm told I have my fatherβs charming personality.β He took a step forward, taking her hand from his chest and placing a kiss on her fingers as he slowly leaned in, trying his luck like the fool he was. βWhat about you, Duchess? care to show me that stunning βpersonalityβ.β
@Skyler2 - sorry! Forgot Malo, will post that in a sec!
