To be honest, I hate TikTok. I once installed it to see what it is like, and I didn’t like it at all. I don’t think I’ll ever install it again, or make an account. It wasn’t interesting in my opinion. Nothing interesting about seeing people dance… But there are some funny TikTok videos I can find on Instagram. But nah, I don’t like TikTok.

I once had TikTok and the content wasn’t bad like I said in the original post. (My fyp was good) But there are just a lot of other things that I read about TikTok that just made me feel some type of way.

If it’s racism, let me remind you that in the musically days, everyone lipsynced the N word and no one really cared but if you do that on Tik Tok, you get cancelled straight away.

Not only racism to be honest. I’m not sure if I can say that the racism on TikTok is worse than on musically but it’s bad.
In the last couple of days, I have stumbled across people claiming that a guy committed suicide on a TikTok Live stream (?) and instead of TikTok alarming the authorities they tried to cover up his death.

The company immediately began putting a public relations strategy in place to ensure that what had occurred never made headlines.

TikTok acted rapidly – not to alert the authorities or the young man’s family, but to avoid tarnishing the company’s image.

• There are so many dark humor jokes there, dark topics - that kids shouldn’t be exposed to, and I even saw a stupid prank - and kids believe that sh*t and some even play along!!

Tik Tok, been wanting ot voice my opinion on this platform for a while.

1. So I came across some tik toker doing a video, saying that these celebrity “glow downs” make her sad, which included Leonardo DiCaprio (obviously), Johnny Depp, Prince Willian etc. I couldn’t find the vid though.

i) JOHNNY DEPP NEVER HAD A GLOW DOWN! He’s still as hot as he was in his 20s.

ii) This is not a glow down, it’s called aging. A lot of celebs die at a young age, be grateful that they are still healthy.

2. The Dumb tik tok challenges, let’s go to the pure dumb ones to the dangerous ones, shall we?

i) Drinking using a toilet roll. Tuest me, people fail that one because the toilet roll ended up becoming soggy, but it’s ok, as long as it’s not life-threatening or something.

ii) Taking off your pants in one jump, and if you fail, you’re most likely gonna trip so do it on a matress or something and not a place filled with your grandma’s antiques. Kinda dangerous but at least you expect it.

iii) The cereal challenge. No, I’m not talking about those family friendly guess the cereal challenge, I’m talking abou the one which someone pours cereal and milk to your mouth and you just take one bit out of it. Let’s hope you don’t choke.

iv) Moving on, we have the “skullbreaker challenge”. I’m sure a lot of you have heard of this. Three friends jumpsp together and the two at the side will trip the middle friend by placing their leg while jumping. There are cases with people being unconcious, and one case with a girl dying. There were two white chicks who did it on a special need and they only got a one week suspension.

v) The nutmeg challenge. Do you know that consuming too much nutmeg can cause you to overdose? Yes, this was viral on the internet, once again thanks to Tik Tok. Then, there are children who tried this and I just can’t imagine what will happen to them

So minus all these dumb challenges and dumb so called “influencers”, Tik Thot is a wonderful platform where it gives you giggles and laughs! Who knows, one day you might ended up not having money to pump petrol, but you thought of this hack and press random buttons to have it FOR FREE!!! Thabk you Tik Thot, we appreciate it.

3. Thanks to this app, now the first thing we think about when we mention Tik Tok is the app, not the song.
And not I’m stucking with the freaking app. Hooray to me!

Edit: just realised I wrote “Tik Thot” instead of “Tik Tok”, but I’m too lazy to change it, lol.

Of course, there are some good awesome things about Tik Tok, but the bad overweights the good.

I barely go to tiktok except when my friends want me to check out their post or when I check Justin Bieber’s profile
