So, I’ve only eaten a little today, so I need to eat. The problem is that due to the hunger, my stomach hurts and my appetite is gone. Should I force myself to eat? I want to, I just can’t. Ii just have felt terrible for most of the day.

I actually managed to eat some spaghetti squash. I honestly don’t know if we have crackers. I do know we have ramen, though. I should keep that in mind. I just don’t know what happened. I’ve just felt weird all day.
