Okay, here are a few ideas: maybe these are quite obvious ones you’ve already planned to do and if that’s the case I apologise that this post is useless
- Movies/Television
- Actors/Actresses — ‘which actor played this character?’
- Quotes — ‘finish the quote’ or ‘who said this quote?’ or ‘what movie is this quote from?’
- Year — ‘what year did this movie come out?’
- Awards — ‘which movie won this award in (year)?’
- Shows — 'how many seasons did this show have?’
- Directors — ‘who directed this movie?’
- Or every example question could be used for a specific set of movies like 90s movies, or Disney movies, or a specific show like The Simpsons or something.
- Music
- Artist — ‘which artist released this song?’
- Lyrics — ‘fill the gap in the song lyric’
- Charts — ‘which of these songs was number one song of (year)’
- Geography
- Capital Cities
- World Map — ‘what country borders this one?’
- Questions about a certain time (e.g. October 2019)
- Music — ‘what was the biggest song of (insert month and year)?’
- News — ‘what was the biggest news story of (m + y)?’
- Sports
- Don’t know anything about sports so can’t give you any examples there
- Picture Round
- Places — ‘can you name these iconic structures?’
- Famous People or Characters — ‘can you name these celebrities/characters’
- Food and Drink
- Origin — ‘(insert food/drink) originated in which country?’
- Anagrams

The next pub quiz will be held around Saturday, May 23, 2020 12:30 PM
(because I’ll be sleeping at Saturday, May 23, 2020 7:30 PM it’s like 3:30 a.m. so that’s why I tend to miss every single pub quiz)
So, I need time to prepare the questions so i’ll give you guys around two days to vote the theme. because I need the questions to be ungoogleable, you get the point.
- Rebus (it’s like pictionary)
- Anagram (two or more words that cotain the same letters)
- Missing Link (a phrase with several words missing)
- Micrososm (everyday objects are zoomed out)
