Is there a chance of a group resisting arrest (X-Men style)? Like could one of our characters (if we made more than one) be a part of this group maybe looking to break them out then form their own country (idk)

Do you mean as far as a character already being outside of the prison? If so, I’d rather not at this point.
But as far as a group within the prison trying to break out, I encourage there to be characters trying to escape and resist.

I mean, it is possible that there could be individuals who were never caught in the first place, but there would not be many, and they would likely not know each other to be able to organize. Even if they were skilled enough in their power to successfully evade detection. The searching for individuals with quantum particles wasn’t on a suspicion basis, it was a door to door, blood sample required, no matter the age/condition of the individual.

I don’t really know anything about My Hero Academia, so I had to look up what its about, but I may still understand it incorrectly
From the gist of what I understand, it’s similar in the fact that the characters have powers, that they may choose to use for good or evil. But it’s not really like My Hero Academia at all otherwise.
