Here’s the thing - as much as I love happy endings, they aren’t accurate. Happy endings aren’t for everyone and I find that it makes an rp (if we’re talking rp specifics) more interesting when things don’t turn out all “happy and perfect.” Death, disease, people not ending up with someone they’re meant to end up with are all things that happen in real life. Even people ending up with someone they thought were their person, however, it not turning out how they hoped. So me “breaking your hearts” is really just a preparation tactic for reality.
