- Uh… things about music, my view on life, how to deal with evil people, writing thrillers, as much as I can.

For a box of mac and cheese, you use the cheese inside the box. For baked mac and cheese, you use mozzarella and cheddar. The ratio? It should always be 55/45-60/40… cheese and macaroni. Don’t drown the macaroni in cheese though, make it cheesy, but not too cheesy.

You can add other things, like parsley, some people add veggies or meats like sausage. Someday I’d like to make some with bacon.
