as soon as I can! The thought of it gets me really excited, I’m sure i’ll feel the most alive i’ve ever been lol, I always feel that way whenever I get in small 4-5 seater airplanes, gliders, or I’m close to dying. Kinda messed up but it’s the truth.

Summary
Imo, pain is the realest thing we can feel, we can see the damage instantly, whether it’s physical or mental. It’s what essentially makes us grow. Happiness is nice, so is pleasure. But if you were to drown in those two things, you wouldn’t grow much.
When you workout, your muscles grow don’t they? Because you inflict pain onto them, a good kind of pain. That’s the optimal way to grow, with discipline.
I guess you could say it’s only the tip of the iceberg lol
